It's as simple as it sounds: ride your bike to an outdoor spot, brew up a warm beverage, and hang out with other chilled people.
Cargo bikes, gravel rigs, vintage roadies, commuter commuters, single-speeds, custom builds or e-bikes. If it rolls, you belong here. Pace is always relaxed and no one gets left behind.
Moka pots, Aeropress, V60 pour-overs, camping stoves, or a reliable flask full of tea or hot chocolate filled before you leave home. All brew methods are valid.
No club fees, no competitive strava segments, no dress codes. Just an easy excuse to start your morning outdoors with friendly locals around Wirral and Merseyside.
Rides usually take place every fortnight on Sunday mornings.
Easy 16km flat(ish) cruise through Wallasey in a roundabout way until we reach Meols where we'll park up and have a brew. After it'll be a straight/flat 11km ride back to New Brighton along the coastal path.

Absolutely not! Any bike that is safe to ride will do—mountain bikes, road bikes, heavy steel townies, or e-bikes. If you don't have portable stove gear, just fill up a thermos at home or grab a coffee from a local shop on the way! Extra kudos will be awarded to those on interesting rides and/or cool brew setups.
Extremely casual (usually 8-12 mph / 13-19 kmh max). It is strictly a no-drop social ride. We ride together as a group and adapt to whoever turns up.
Light rain won't stop us (bring a raincoat!) although the route might change to a more sheltered location, but if severe weather or dangerous winds hit the Wirral coast, we will announce a cancellation or local coffee shop fallback on our Instagram page by Saturday evening.
The minimum age to participate is 18 years old.
